1. We do not collect any personal identifying information (name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, etc..) from players who use this site. 2. We may use player responses to surveys or player behavior in order to help target our advertisements. 5. We log player IP addresses and domain names for the purposes of system administration, diagnostics, security, and traffic reporting. We do not link logged IP addresses from players to information identifying players individually. This means that although player sessions are tracked, players remain anonymous.

6. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. The servers for our site are located in a secure facility. We protect against data loss by regularly backing up data, and by performing regular consistency checks to prevent tampering. 7. We allow players to recommend our site to their friends and associates using our Tell-A-Friend feature. With this feature, only a single piece of e-mail is sent to a particular individual. That e-mail contains a link to our site, a short notice indicating the one-time nature of the message, and in order to prevent e-mail abuse, the IP address of the sender. After the e-mail is sent, the submitted e-mail address is deleted from our servers, and is never used by us for sending any other solicitations.

We may disclose personal information, if it is in our possession, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on Ogadei Corp. or this site; or to protect and defend the rights or property of Ogadei Corp., this site, or the users of this site.
